Coombes Valley

Somehow, it's been a whole year since I last visited RSPB Coombes Valley!  I rectified that today so here are a few scenes from my walk there...

some kind of coral fungus

Jelly baby fungus

I don't recall seeing foxgloves still flowering in November before.

The leaf caught my eye, with the track of a leaf miner zig-zagging between veins.

Birch polypore

Candlesnuff

A very pleasant autumn walk :)

I've had a few nice autumn walks over the last few weeks thanks to taking part in Wild October 😊
