It's has been rather warm today so I called at Waitrose and bought lollies (and some ginger, mango and lime ice cream!) before heading home where I sat in the garden and enjoyed a delicious Scottish raspberry lolly in the sunshine.
I admired the new growth on some surrounding trees and watched bees and hoverflies visiting the dandelions in the lawn. This week, since I got back from the long weekend in Lancashire, I've seen swallows flying over the garden for the first time this year and I watched them flying around this evening.
