I was working in my every-other-Friday job but found a few minutes to do a bit of bird watching.
Through the window, I saw what I think is a spotted fly catcher, based on appearance and behaviour, but my through glass photos aren't great.
Outside, I enjoyed the sound of the running stream and watched a juvenile grey wagtail in the field.
Why couldn't it have landed on the lower branch?!
